Alfred Kitayi is the head of the agriculture department overseeing activities in the department and implementation of different agricultural projects that UKR and families undertake. He is an agricultural extension officer with vast experience in cereal crop planting and management, horticulture management, and vermiculture. He has previously worked with Kenya Seed Company as an agricultural Field Assistant and with Golden Harvest Mills as a plant operator and office messenger. He holds several certificates including one in vermiculture and vermicomposting.
